Unveiling Your Dream Space

Stage 1

We kick off every project with an exciting presentation – your personalised Look Book. This comprehensive document showcases conceptual ideas for at least three key rooms or areas. With the Look Book, you’ll gain a clear understanding of our design intent and have the opportunity to provide feedback on the overall direction before we delve deeper.

  • Vision Boards Come Alive: We'll create hand-sketched floor plans based on your architectural drawings, offering a clear picture of the layout for each selected space.
  • Digital Inspiration: To help you visualize the final product, we'll present a digital mood board brimming with design inspiration. This board will feature a curated selection of hard finishes, including:
    • Floor and wall tiles
    • Skirtings
    • Door design and hardware
    • Ceilings and cornices
    • Special lighting

Refining Your Vision

Stage 2

Once we have your green light on the Look Book, we’ll move on to the Design Book Presentation. This stage delves deeper into the design, incorporating your valuable feedback from Stage 1. With the Design Book Presentation, you get a tangible experience of the proposed design, allowing you to refine your vision and ensure it aligns perfectly with your desires.

  • Expanding the Design Canvas: We'll present a refined look and feel for the previously selected rooms/areas, and additionally confirm the design direction for any remaining spaces.
  • Space Planning in Detail: Building upon the architect's drawings, we'll provide detailed floor plan layouts. This stage also introduces concept elevations for fitted millwork, showcasing potential designs for bespoke built-in cupboards (BICs) and bathroom vanities.
  • Bringing Design to Life: To solidify your design preferences, we'll present a physical mood board featuring actual samples of hard finishes. This includes:
    • Floor and wall tiles
    • Skirtings
    • Door hardware and BIC handles
    • Ceiling cornices

Building Your Dream

Stage 3

Now that the design vision is set, Stage 3 focuses on translating it into a reality you can experience. Here, we collaborate closely with the architect to develop comprehensive technical documentation that outlines every aspect of your space. With all the technical details meticulously planned, Stage 3 lays the groundwork for a flawless transition from design to construction.

  • Functionality Meets Design: We'll meticulously coordinate technical details like:
    • Power and data information
    • Lighting layouts
    • Audiovisual considerations
    • Air conditioning systems
    • Ceiling, cornice, and bulkhead designs
    • Floor and wall finishes
    • Interior and exterior door selections with hardware
  • Addressing Your Needs: We'll discuss any project-specific requirements you may have. This stage involves finalizing detailed drawings and stunning final renders, encompassing floor plans, elevations, and captivating interior and exterior perspectives.
  • Putting it All Together: To ensure a seamless execution, we'll provide furniture layout drawings, detailed specifications for your chosen fitted millwork, and comprehensive spec sheets outlining the final project costings.

Witnessing the Transformation

Stage 4

Stage 4 is all about bringing your dream space to life. By the end, you’ll be able to step into your beautifully transformed space, designed and executed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Meticulous Procurement: We'll handle the final procurement of all products and services necessary to complete your project.
  • Seamless Execution: To ensure a smooth installation process, we'll provide a comprehensive breakdown of site meetings and inspections, allowing you to stay informed of the progress. Additionally, we'll collaborate closely with the on-site team for furniture installation.
  • Completion with Confidence: Once the project nears completion, we'll establish a clear timeline for the final handover of all documents, facilitating the placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and all other operating supplies and equipment (OS&E).
  • Peace of Mind: We'll provide a final checklist for inventory records, ensuring everything is meticulously accounted for, for your peace of mind.
